Staying healthy at home can be hard with no guidance. But with a little help and direction, you can be your best self.
1.The first one on the list is snacks. Now you might be thinking, snacks are the thing that gets you unhealthy in the first place? But, the number of snacks you indulge and if its healthy is the key.
This is a list of snacks that you can eat between meals.
- Granola bars
- Protein bars
- Instant oatmeal
- Dried fruit
- Carrots
- Celery
- Broccoli
- Snap peas
- Humus
- fresh fruit
- Whole-grain crackers
- Tuna
- Beef jerky
- Greek yogurt
- Nuts

- low-fat cheese sticks

2. Many people don’t know this but while sleeping, just based on the humidity in our breath, we lose about 1 litre of water each night!
Then when you wake your body is dehydrated. The way to get around this is to drink a full cup of water every morning just when you wake up. This will increase your mood and productivity. This might be a hard habit to get into so, just keep a water bottle by your bed.
